Office Standard 2007 Upgrade

I purchasd the CD for Office Standard 2007 as I have one of the qualifying
products listed on the package - works suite in the date range listed. When
I try to install the program it will not recognize my works no matter what I
try. Any suggestions?

What version of MS Works do you have and are you inserting the MS Works or MS Works Suite (CD#1) as the qualifying product if Office
upgrade doesn't recognze the installed MS Works product?
