I've installed office 2003 a few months back. everything
was fine
recently when i open any application an error message will
pop out saying that
"the application has not been installed for the current
user please run set up to install."
when i tired to reinstall it, it will have error 1321
insufficient permission to update opall.bak
I've check and i'm the only user for the XP. and have
administrator functions
Anyone can help me on this? I appreciate that. Thanks
