Office Standard Edition 2003 program Installation questions!

Can I reuse/install my previously installed existing Office Standard Edition
2003 disc/programs, that I installed on my old computer on my new computer!
Or do I have to unstall it using my installation disc or just install it on
my new one and then remove/uninstall it from my old computer.
Or do I need to contact Microsoft on my previously installed/registered
product key?

Uninstall on the old, install on the new, select the phone activation option if the Internet option is unavailable.
