In our company we've been dealing several months with a problem that affects
backup copy.
After research we've come to the conclusion that Excel 2003 and PowerPoint
2003 may be creating folders with chinese symbols (random, no meaning), which
makes backup program to freeze.
Anyone any clue for where I should start from to fix this error?
All workstations are cloned from ghost image, no internet, etc..totally
disabled Vista Enterprise by GPO.
