Office Student 2002 over 2003

My kids have Office Student 2002 (retail package) and they both got new
computers (old ones expired). Both have office student 2003 preinstalled. The
prod key from 2002 wouldn't active 2003 (worth a shot). Do I need to
uninstall 2003 before I install 2002? Anthing to watch out for?

Yes, uninstall the "trial version" of S & T 2003 before attempting to
install Office XP of any edition. As G-n-O stated, S & T XP is only
authorized to be installed and activated on one computer. You will need two
copies to install on two computers.
