Office Student & Teacher Edition 2003

I have W2K OS and tried to install Office Student &
Teacher Edition 2003. It tells me I need service pack 3.
I download service pack 3 and then try to re-installOffice
Student & Teacher Edition 2003 and it tells me I need
service pack 3.
