Office Templates

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of a way I can setup a serious of standard letter templates
eg fax form, headed paper etc and have the information contained in Active
directory populate fields on the template.

For example user Joe Bloggs from Company ABC would have his direct dial
number, email address, job title etc sucked from AD and then placed into the
template to customise it for his particular settings.

Any ideas would be helpful..
