Office to Acrobat incompatible with XP x64-bit

Has anyone else had problems creating PDFs from Office, while on the Windows
XP x64 platform? Adobe says it simply won't work on the 64-bit platform. With
as much PDF-ing as people do, you'd think Microsoft would fix this one quick
if they want to boost sales of 64-bit technology!
