Office Tool Bar

Hello,
I just upgraded from office 2000 to office 2003. In 2000
i used the office tool bar but since the upgrade I dont
seem to find it. Can anyone tell me how to get it back! I
loved it! Or is it not in 2003? And if not WHY!

The last few posts in this newsgroup have been about the OSB not being in
Office 2003. Odd you missed them. Yes it is gone. I for one hated the OSB
anyway and much prefer using the QuickLaunch toolbar, but to each his own.
