Office toolbar and office 2003 - Is it there?

I uninstalled all my versions of office, 97, 2000, and XP, rebooted, then
installed Offiece 2003 pro. So where is the office tool bar?

It has been omitted from Office 2003 since it only runs on Windows 2000 and
XP that have the Quick Launch bar that duplicates its abilities.

You can install the OSB from a previous version of Office if you are having
a hard time kicking the habit - I did.

It was a a very bad decision in my book to take the shortcut bar out of
Office.
