office toolbar in Internet Explorer

I am trying to get the office toolbar to display in an
Excel doc that is opened inside of an HTML IFRAME. I have
seen examples of this actually working, but I cannot make
it happen and I cannot find anything about this on the
internet. I know if you open the Excel doc directly in
Explorer, there is a "Show Office Toolbar" button in the
toolbar of Explorer. This button is not visible when the
office doc is opened in an IFRAME. Thanks...
