Office Toolbar

Just like "Enrique" who posted a previous note, I am
trying to turn on the Microsoft Office Toolbar so that it
is displayed on my PC desktop

Any information on how to do it in Microsoft Office XP
would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot seem to find how to do this function anywhere -
either in Microsoft Help or with the help on the computer
