I upgraded a user from office 2000 to XP and it appears that eveytime the
user opens a word\excel doc Office flashes a screen where it appears to try
installing additional components. It does this everytime a doc\xls is
opened. I tried uninstalling\reinstalling Office XP but same thing happens.
Is there any type of log created by Office that would explain what features
it keeps trying to install. Perhaps its a registry entry that could be
deleted. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
