Office Ultimate '07-Outlook BCM?

Hi,
Just installed Office "07; and for the life of me, don't see BCM with
Outlook.
Any ideas?

Found the BCM ng,posted in there-sorry for the dual post;but if anyone in
here knows;feel free to answer.
