Problems moving MS Office Ultimate '07 from one computer to anothe

Hi,

Last year (March/April 2007) I downloaded the trial version of MS Office
Ultimate '07 and subsequently bought an unlimited licence for the full
product for $75 via a Microsoft promotion for university students around that
time - http://www.itsnotcheating.com.au/.

I will be purchasing a new computer in the next few days and would like to
bring Office Ultimate '07 to that new computer but I don't have a disc or the
original file containing MS Office Ultimate '07. What can I do? Please help.
This will be my second computer and I am not familiar with moving over
programs and files from one computer to a another one. Will I need to get a
new product key or re-register the product to the new computer? What can be
done?

Any help or response would be greatly appreciated. :)

Cheers.
