I purchased Office Ultimate 2007 from Ultimate Steal offer: both download and
back up CD. My computer had to be washed. Upon trying the back-up CD, disk
1 will not load, but disk 2 will. Consequently, the program is not loaded.
Does this indicate a bad disk? Any remedies anyone knows, will be much
appreciated.
