After twice trying to repair my current Office 2003 setup, the attempts
failed and sent bug reports to MS. So I painfully decided that an
un&re-install option was the only thing left. Trying not to lose my mailbox
content I copied my profile folder onto an usb backup drive. To my very big
surprise (in the most unpleasant sense) I discovered that the backup drive
also had been ripped of the copied outlook files.
I hounestly believe that a warning about this possible loss might have been
the least Microsoft could have done. I didn't even dream this could happen,
what a nightmare
