Office update crashes at 40%

I have WinXP pro and office 2003 installed, when I try to use office update
it crashes at 40%
any help

This is a common problem. You may need to call MS to get
them to walk you through this, but with the KB reference
it should go faster. By the way, normally MS does not
support software bought with your computer, but for
Update problems, they will.
