When I try to UPDATE Office 2002 (Small Business Edition)
I am getting the following message. I can not Uninstall or
Reinstall Office 2002, getting same message. When I do
DETECT & REPAIR, I get the same message.
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch package exists and that you can acess it, or contact
the application vendor to verify that this is a valid
Windows Installer patch package"
