Hi Bill,

If a previously installed updated patch (.msp) file is
corrupted or damaged you may want to try doing a repair/reinstall
from the MS Office (version?) listing in Add/Remove Programs
in the Windows control panel. If that does not succeed then
use the cleanup utility to clear the registry for MS Office then
do the repair/reinstall.
