I've had a couple of blue-screen crashes with XP Pro, both suggesting that I
need to update Office 2003. Office update downloads some files, and then runs
an update procedure. This fails; it doesn't even get to the point where it
asks me to put the CD in the drive.
I guess a start would be to delete the files already downloaded, in case
they are corrupt. What files are they, and where?
