Office update fails

[WAW]

While checking for updates this morning at a client location, it found a
critical update to WORD, EXCEL and Office but the third stage failed (sorry
I left the KB number behind) on two machines, froze another and I quit
trying after that. I searched Microsoft for the KB number but it was not
found. Anybody know anything?
