The instructions for the Office update should have said that I would need to
request disks from the OEM before I spent 45 minutes downloading (and 10
minutes going through the cumbersome process to complain). The information
about OEM installations only appeared after I downloaded. I only hope that
this hasn't screwed up the software I already had on my computer.
