Dears hope you can help!!
im using office 2003 and besides i have a trial versian of DAP (Download
Accelerator Plus) installed which automatically monitors the links and
downloads files. during the office update process you have to pass this page
which downloads the office update installation engine
(http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/maincatalog.aspx?lc=en-au) i
realised that DAP is going to download something by itself. so i abort the
process. now after uninstalling DAP each time i want to update my office the
same page (Please wait. The Office Update Installation Engine is loading... )
appears but it stops by 10% and nothing happens afterwards. i have checked
the hints even added microsoft web site into my trusted sites but there is no
change.
Can anyone tell me how i can solve this problem ??
