Office update rollups

I am installing a Network installation point for Office 2007 and I am looking
for the Patches/updates so that I can place them in the "Update" folder and
have them installed during the initial setup. Does anyone know where they can
be found?

Select each update and it gives instructions for IT professionals.

Does this allow me to just toss the .msp installers into the /update folder?
