office update scanner?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there is a ms office scanner like the
Microsoft baseline security analyzer to scan for office updates. I am
updating all my office versions from sp0 to 3 and don't want to install each
one to verify what updates I need.

it seems that with microsft update and baseline security analizer will work
together but still no standalone scanning tool. oh well.
