Office updates/clip art not working

I can no longer access Microsoft online help via any of my office programs.
When I go Help-Microsoft Office Online, it is greyed out. Check for updates
is also greyed out. When I try within a program to go to the online clip art
page, I get nothing.

When I go to the web to find these things, it works fine; just not within
the program itself.

In an Office program under Help | Select Customer Feedback Options | Online
Content make sure the options you want are selected.
