office updates

Version of Office?, Version of Windows?, Exact error message?
Did you try clearing your IE cache?

i have windows xp professional and office xp i do not get a error message it
says that i have 6 critical update i select what i want and i click reveiw
and install to install updates and it does nothing doen't show updating or
anything for hours. Yes i have cleared cache and made sure that i was signed
into net.passport too.
