Office web component Error

I am running MS Windows XP Pro.

I have upgraded my office suite from MS Office XP to MS Office 2003.
I am no longer able to load and view an MS Excel Interactive Web Page which
I as able to previously.

I have installed office web component, OWC11.EXE, which did not resolve the
problem.

Any solution please?
