office wizard missing

for some reason i cannot find the 'office wizard' on my start menu nor can i
find it on my computer i have office 2003 pro this is the wizard that has
all the different templetes for all the office programs. your help would be
greatful

The wizard will not appear in your Start menu. You open a program and the
wizard does his magic inside of that.
