I did a windows updat. Office 2003 shows programs there, but wouldn't open. I
got the window installer message. I reinstalled a windows installer, but now
it just hang on 'writing to registery.' during the install HP had me change
some of my registry setting, but couldn't fix the problem. I originally had a
1406 error, and I changed some of my permission setting in registry.
