Office word 2007 installation problem

Hi
I cannot install office word 2007 home and student.

I get part way though and the following message pops up Error1311 source
file not found. F:\SKUO11.CAB and I have no idea what to do. The same thing
happens with office excel 2007.

Any help greatly appreciated!

I have just tried that and the product key is not reconised by them. So I'm
back to square one!
