I have a few documents that were created in Office 2003 and have been
modified in 2007 using Track Changes. Upon opening in Office 2007 all
the tracked changes are visible and appear correct. However, as you
scroll down through the document, on the same page all ballon or
inline changes are then incorperated (merged) into the document. When
I say merged, I mean the old version and new version are merged
together as one and you can no longer see the removed or changed
items.
I am able to scroll to the last page and then slowly scroll up to the
problem page and the error happens again. On this problem page are a
few strange looking missing characters and a strange textbox that I am
unable to remove. I feel that there is a corruption on this page, but
am not sure how to remove it to save the document and all the changes
that have been made.
