I have Word 2002 SP3 and installed Outlook 2003 SP2 after uninstalling
Outlook 2002. I go into Tools-Customize and check large icons, and always
show full menus. After I shut off my computer, and restart, the view goes
back to...you guessed it: small icons and non-full menus.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
