office xp 2003 change the way message appears

I have just upgraded from office 2002 pro to office xp 2003 and hate the view
of the messages now.
I am trying to get the messages to line up nicely as they did in office
2002.but instead they have the date there and shows you it there.
how do i change the appearance of the messages back to this view?

This site was very helpful. However, I still cannot get rid of the Favorites
folder to show only the all mail folder. Any tips here?

You cannot remove the Favorite Folders box in the Mail Folders view in
Outlook 2003.
