Office XP activation

I have an OEM edition of Office XP Pro. I'd like to install it on a new
computer. I'm more than willing to uninstall it from the original computer.
Is there a way to do this and still be able to activate the product on the
new machine?

No, an OEM copy is tied to the original machine.
