Office XP and Office 97

The installed program list in "Add or Remove Programs" shows both Office 97,
Standard Edition and Office XP, Small Business. Do I need both of these
installed, or can I delete Office 97?

Uninstall 97, you may need to run a repair on your Officexp edition
