Office XP - Cannot read file

All of my office xp - access, excel, word etc displayed a message "cannot
read file" even those that are newly created. I have live one care and it is
giving me nothing but problems. Also cannot uninstall northon anti-virus 2003

Does anyone know how I can get my office xp running again?

Hi Avaya,

If you're having problems installing/uninstalling more than one program (you mentioned Norton as well as Office) then something in
Windows may be a bit off.

If you have Norton running try going into the settings for that antivirus program and in the miscellaneous tab turn off the Office
Plug in the restart your Office apps to see if that helps.
