Office XP Developer 2002 - Missing Windows Componets Update Disk

I recently lost my Office XP Developer disk set.
These were kindly replaced by Microsoft. However they were unable to replace
one of the disk.
The missing disk is "Windows Componet Update - English" for Office XP
Developer.
Microsoft have told me this disk was withdrawn for legal reasons.
Without this disk I am unable to fully instsall "Office XP Developer 2002".
Does anyone know how I can overcome this issue to fully install the product
or obtain a copy of this disk.
