Office XP did not like my new Hard Drive

I have Office XP Professional with Front Page version 2002
My computer had a 20 Gig hard drive. I installed a new 160 Gig HD and
designated it as Master. Everything was ttransferred from the old drive to
the new one.The old drive was erased! Some of the Office programs did not
install well (Word, Excel and Outlook) and now I cannot reinstall Office, I
get this message: "This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application
vendor to verify that this is a valid windows Installer patch package"
How do I fix the Windows Installer and what is the name of that file?

You can't copy Office over to another drive. It must be installed from the
CDs.
