Office XP Error Run & Uninstall

D

Danny E Lusk

I have a licensed installation of Office XP. When I run
Excel, a message comes up telling me there is an
unregistered VBA component. I have tried to uninstall XP
and, when I choose Uninstall from setup, as soon as I
click Yes that I want to uninstall, the system hangs. I
can shut down the uninstall from task viewer.

Any ideas as to what is the problem?

Thanks

Hello Danny,

Try the following: Download the MSI cleanup utility and install it. Through that, try the uninstallation of Office XP (it will
delete the relevant reg. keys; then, manually delete the folders for Office XP).
