Office xp error setup cant reg FM20.dll. any help, thanks

When I start word 2002 I get office setup error msg 1904, cannot register
module C:\windows\system\FM20.dll. I have tried to reinstall and repair with
no success. Any suggestions. If I ignore the error the program loads.
