Installed Office XP (2002) on new laptop and when prompted to type in product
key in Excel, stated 'the key is incorrect'. Checked and entered multiple
times to make sure. It's the key on the back of the CD case but isn't
recognized. Version of Office worked fine on old computer. Any ideas, please
help.
