Office XP EULA

After removing MacAfee Anti-virus sw from my PC, I get a
pop up "EULA, please complete to continu" when I try to
use, Outlook, Word, or Excel.

How do I fix this problem?

Have you tried accepting the EULA, does it go away or repeat?
Have you tried re-installing or repairing Office?
