I bought office XP v. 2002 for students a couple of years ago and installed
it in my computer. Now I just bought a laptop and want to transfer it over
to the laptop. Is this possible? Or do I have to buy a whole new office
set??? The problem is - I still have the installation CDs, but cannot find
the product keys. Is this a problem??? I am totally lost - any info
appreciated!!!!

Your problem is that your do not have a product key to install. If you
purchased Office XP S&T retail, you should have receive the product in a CD
jewel case with the product key on the back of the jewel case {orange
label}.

If your just purchased a new laptop with Windows XP {or other operating
system compatible with Office 2003} and still qualify as a student or
teacher, you could purchase the Office 2003 for S & T. Or, your new laptop
may have some pre-installed program which qualifies for Office 2003 upgrade
version. Check:
