Office XP - Graphics won't print

Graphics print from Office97 - on my Epson Stylus Colour
600 - without any problem. However, when I try and print
out using Office XP Pro most of the graphics are replaced
by a box with a small red X in the top left hand corner.
These images are usually JPEG images. If I replace them
with TIFF then they print OK. I have hundreds of documents
and dont want to have to replace all the inserted
graphics. Any solutions - apart from staying with '97
