Office XP (inbox)

One of our users is having an issue with her Inbox,where
if she close Outlook and re-opens it all her read email
suddenly becomes un-read.

Then, if she opesn one of the unread emails all of the
other unread emails become read.

Please help!!

Does anyone have any ideas?
