office Xp install error MSGR3EN.LEX

Help!
trying to install Office XP on WinXP
keep getting cannot read MSGR3EN.LEX or MSGR3EN.dll during file copy process.
I have tried another cd, installed a new cd drive but no change.
Same cd works on another machine.

Anyone?
