Office XP losing its produce key

After work for nearly a year in our set of laptops one lost its product key
last week, now two more have also lost the product key and there have been no
viruses detected on the network.

Hi Dean,

what do you mean by Losing the product key? You start an Office application
and it requests your product key? Maybe an application corrupted the keys,
in this case, the resolution is easy. Re-enter the product key and
re-activate it. If it fails, choose the phone method and explain your case
to the operator.

Can anyone please offer advice as to what may be causeing this as i am
completly dumb founded and have no idea what it might be.
