Office XP, no toolbars or drop down menus

Hi
For some reason when I open Word in Office XP all I get is
a blank document, there are no toolbars or drop down menus
to allow me to select toolbars. I have seen this before
but can't find how to set the page back to normal.

Hi Mike
Thanks for that info. That got me into my bosses good
books as it fixed his problem!! The winword.exe /a seemed
to do the trick!!
